Another five companies have been fined for cartel co-operation within the business concept Nye Visioner
Five companies have admitted to having infringed the competition law by entering into agreements on pricing and sharing of costumers within the business concept Nye Visioner. The Danish Competition Council has previously issued fines to five other companies for cartel cooperation within the business concept Nye Visioner.
The five fine notices
NYE Visioner v/Jens Dahlsgaard
- Has accepted a fine of 64.000 DKK
- The infringement has taken place in a period from January 2016 to April 2021
Nye Visioner v/Dorthe Ribergaard Vinther
- Has accepted a fine of 31.000 DKK
- The infringement has taken place in a period from June 2019 to May 2021
NYE Visioner v/Stina Duevang
- Has accepted a fine of 48.000 DKK
- The infringement has taken place in a period from May 2020 to April 2021
NYE Visioner v/Pia Ulsing
- Has accepted a fine of 6.000 DKK
- The infringement has taken place in a period from January 2016 to May 2021
NYE Visioner v/Bjarke Elbert
- Has accepted a fine of 39.000 DKK
- The infringement has taken place in a period from June 2019 to April 2021
