Denmark: The High Court upholds City Courts ruling on demolition cartel

The High Court has fined the demolition company CMP Nedrivning ApS DKK 5 million and two members of the company’s management each DKK 125,000. The company exchanged prices with competing demolition companies. Thus, the High Court upholds the ruling at the City Court of Hillerød.
