Anti-competitive agreement/decision in an association of camera distributors

The Danish Competition Appeal Tribunal has upheld a decision taken by the Danish Competition Council (DCC) that a horizontal cooperation agreement/decision among more than 50 independent camera distributors, who are members of an association of camera distributors called Team DS, constituted an infringement of section 6 of the Danish Competition Act and Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).
