Denmark: ”Distributor of hair products pays fine in settlement for resale price maintenance”

On November 29, 2013, the company Coss (a Danish distributor of hair products) entered into a settlement with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority and accepted to pay a fine of DKK 100.000 (€ 13,400).
