As of January 1, 2017, the Consumer Hotline (Forbrugerhotlinen) and the Centre for Complaint Resolution have moved to the House of Committees in Viborg as part of the government relocations.

The Consumer Hotline advises on consumer rights - and obligations - in connection with the buying and selling of goods and services. Contact the Consumer Hotline here.

The hotline is open from Monday to Friday. Telephone from 10:00 to 12:00 and chat from 9:00 to 15:00.
