Guideline on leniency for cartels

Leniency for participation in a cartel is a collective term for either exemption from fine and/or
imprisonment (withdrawal of charge) or reduction of fine and/or imprisonment (reduction of
penalty). The best way to apply for leniency is to come to a meeting at the Danish Competition and
Consumer Authority.
