Denmark: ”Price fixing between 5 Danish driving schools”

In February 2014, the owners of five driving schools entered into a set-tlement with the State Prosecutor for Serious Economic and International Crime for infringing section 6 of the Danish Competition Act by forming a cartel in which they fixed prices on driving lessons.
